Marshall County Book Club
The Marshall County Book Club is a non-profit organization with a goal to provide a relaxed atmosphere for adults to discuss topics and books of interest. Everyone who loves reading and books is welcome to participate. We meet the first Wednesday of every month. The book to be read may be found on our Reader Guides page.
Come and knit or crochet with fellow stitchers. Don't know how? Come and learn. This group loves to knit, crochet and share their knowledge and creations. Join us on Saturday, April 8th from 1:30 to 3:30pm in Jim Neu Room.
This group usually meets the second Saturday of each month.
PAWWs (Plymouth Area Writers' Workshop)
Persons interested in discussing topics related to the craft of writing, sharing manuscripts or works in progress, or exploring ideas for developing their writing are welcome to join the group.
PAWWs usually meets on the first Thursday of every month and the next class is scheduled for Thursday, April 6th at 6 p.m. in the Laramore B Room.
Former English Department Chair and published author, Anna Liechty, will convene the group and serve as facilitator. For more information contact the library at 936-2324.
Chess Lessons and Game Playing
Come and learn how to play chess or if you already know how, come and play with other chess enthusiasts! Join us Saturday, March 25th in the Laramore B Room at the library from 9 to noon. Everyone is welcome!

Be sure to stop by the Children's Department and visit Templeton and Prunella, our Zebra Finches. After visiting the birds, stop by the Children's Checkout Desk to stamp the visitors' record.
