Library Card Registration Policy
To receive a library card from the Plymouth Public Library you must either live or own property in the City of Plymouth, or Center, West, or Polk Townships in Marshall County. You may also qualify if you have a card from a neighboring library system. (St. Joseph County library patrons do not qualify, they must purchase a PLAC card to be eligible for a Plymouth card.)
1. Fill out the online registration, stating name, address, phone number, etc .
2. Present 2 forms of ID (one photo ID) and sign at
the adult circulation desk.

If you qualify for a card and upon completion of Steps 1 &
2, a library card will be mailed to you. A parent or legal guardian
must sign for applicant under 18 years of age.
